If you experience any issue using your ticket, please contact the Mqaad Support Team during the event to activate our Buyer Protection program. If the issue is verified, we guarantee a 100% refund of the amount paid, and we'll do our best to help you gain entry to the event whenever possible.
After completing your purchase, your ticket will appear in the My Orders page, where you can track your order status and ticket delivery time. Most tickets are delivered within 25 minutes or less, while orders placed during the event are typically processed instantly.

Tickets purchased through Mqaad are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, if you're unable to attend, you can easily list your ticket for resale through the Sell Your Ticket section on Mqaad, giving another buyer the opportunity to purchase it.
